# PRIVACY POLICY

### 1. Introduction
**IntellectualTux** ("I", "me", or "my") operates **MC-TWTH** (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how I handle data when you use the Application. 

For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation—including **Moroccan Law No. 09-08** relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data—IntellectualTux acts as the data controller.

### 2. Information Collected and Sources
Data collection is strictly limited to what is necessary for the Application to function:

* **Data Received from Twitch Interactive, Inc.:** Public live channel activity (bits, subscriptions, raids, and gifted subscriptions) is received via Twitch APIs solely to calculate, track, and award points within the Application.
* **Database Storage:** Your Twitch ID and point balance are stored securely in a Google Firebase database to maintain your account state.
* **Streamer App Local Data:** Your Twitch username is held locally on the streamer’s application instance. This data is managed directly by the streamer and is outside of my direct server control.

I do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or precise location data.

### 3. How Data Is Used
The data listed above is processed strictly for the following purposes:
* Maintaining your account state and point totals.
* Processing live Twitch actions (bits, subs, raids) to update the Application in real time.

### 4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Infrastructure
I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is transferred only to the following infrastructure provider necessary to host and run the Service:

* **Google Firebase (Google LLC):** Used as the cloud database infrastructure to securely store your Twitch ID and associated point balance.

### 5. Data Retention
* **Firebase Data:** Your Twitch ID and point data remain in the database until you submit a deletion request.
* **Streamer App Data:** Any temporary data held on the streamer's local instance remains under the streamer's control until deleted by the streamer.

### 6. Your Rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and applicable data protection standards, you have the following rights:

* **Right to Access:** You may request a copy of all personal data held about you. I promise to deliver this data to you within **two (2) months** of receiving your request.
* **Right to Deletion / Erasure:** You may ask to have your data deleted from the database at any time. Upon request, I will permanently purge your Twitch ID and associated records from Firebase.
* **Right to Object:** You may object to the processing of your data by ceasing use of the Application and requesting data removal.

### 7. Security
Data is stored using Google Firebase, which implements industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. While I employ administrative controls to safeguard your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
